1. Appointment Scheduling:
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same-day service may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $15 fee. (Non refundable deposit)
3. Payment:
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit, Zelle, and Venmo. Membership customers will be charged automatically each month.
4. Vehicle Condition:
Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., pet hair, mold, heavy stains, or biohazard waste) may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to decline service if a vehicle poses a health or safety risk.
5. Weather Policy:
If weather prevents service, we will reschedule at the earliest available time. We operate rain or shine, except in extreme conditions.
6. Access & Keys:
Customers must provide access to the vehicle and a safe working area (e.g., driveway or parking spot). If keys are needed, they must be provided at the time of service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service. We’ll return to fix the issue at no extra charge, within reason.
8. Liability:
We are fully insured and take the utmost care with every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues unrelated to the detailing process.
